FAQ

Common questions.

Q.01

What does $99/mo actually get me?

One managed AI agent with the full workflow library. Activate any of the 22+ pre-built workflows from your dashboard, wire up the connectors (email, calendar, CRM, Slack, etc.), and the agent runs on triggers from your stack. New workflows ship monthly and become available automatically. Includes email support.

Q.02

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

Those are chat — you go to them. avalix is an agent — it triggers on events from your stack. A new lead lands in your CRM, the agent fires the routing workflow. Email arrives, the agent triages it. You don't open a chat to ask; the cascade fires automatically and brings you the draft to approve.

Q.03

What's the difference between Agent ($99) and Orchestration ($497)?

Agent is one workflow at a time — single trigger, single drafter, single approval. Activate any from the 22+ library. Orchestration is multi-step cascades — workflows that branch, escalate, and coordinate across systems. Plus you get one custom multi-step workflow built for you each month, bi-weekly strategy calls, and priority support.

Q.04

What workflows come pre-built?

Inbox triage, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, daily briefing, document drafting, calendar prep, scheduled posting, Slack triage, form-to-CRM, invoice nudges, knowledge lookup, receipt capture — and 10 more. The list grows monthly. See the full library on the /agent page.

Q.05

Can I add a custom workflow not in the library?

Upgrade to Orchestration ($497/mo) — includes one custom multi-step workflow built for your use case each month, scoped at the start of each month based on what would move your ops most. For one-off custom builds without the retainer, talk to us via /enterprise.

Q.06

What systems does the agent connect to?

Standard library covers email (Gmail / Outlook), calendar (Google Cal / Outlook), Slack, Discord, dotloop, Follow Up Boss, Postiz, Notion, Obsidian, Stripe, Google Drive, Airtable, and webhooks. Anything else, we build a custom connector as part of an Orchestration retainer or one-off.

Q.07

How do approvals work?

By default, the agent drafts and you approve before anything goes out the door — sends, posts, payments, contracts. You can flip individual workflows to auto-execute once you've watched them for a couple weeks and trust the pattern. Every action is logged either way.

Q.08

What happens when I cancel?

Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to logs and exported workflow configs. The hosted agent is decommissioned at end-of-period. Cancel any time from your account dashboard.

Q.09

What models does the agent run on?

Anthropic Claude (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku) for most workflows — Opus for the orchestrator brain, Sonnet for execution, Haiku for fast triage and routing. The right model gets selected per task automatically.

Q.10

Do you have an enterprise tier?

Yes — but it's quote-based, not menu. Multi-seat rollouts, IAM-bound deployments, custom integrations, on-prem or VPC-only. Send a brief via /enterprise and we come back with a scoping plan in one business day.
