Installation sessions (Recon, Deploy, Garrison) are delivered via live video call at the scheduled time. We deploy your AI agent on a dedicated VPS, configure your stack, and harden security. We are not responsible for changes you make after the session, or for third-party tool updates that may affect your configuration.
The Orchestration retainer is a monthly subscription. It includes recurring strategy calls, priority support, version migration, and a new workflow built each month. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Installation tiers are one-time payments. Orchestration retainer subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in USD.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work it out. Contact hello@avalix.ai.
Code samples, workflows, runbooks, and documentation we produce during your engagement are licensed to you for use on the systems we configure for you. You may use the code samples and workflows in your own projects. You may not republish or resell our documentation as your own.
avalix.ai provides AI implementation services. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of tools or configurations set up during our sessions. Use all tools at your own risk.
