Avalix is operated by Strongware LLC, doing business as Avalix ("Avalix", "we"). These terms are an agreement between Strongware LLC and the business that signs up ("you").
The Avalix AI Employee subscription is billed monthly in USD at the price shown when you sign up, and renews every 30 days until you cancel. It includes a business phone number, an AI employee that answers calls, texts and email for your business, a dashboard, and a welcome call to set it up with you. Your AI employee answers using your own ChatGPT account, which you connect and keep in good standing under OpenAI's terms; usage limits of your ChatGPT plan are yours.
Each billing period includes 1,000 call minutes, 2,000 text message segments and 10,000 emails sent through Avalix. Unused allowance doesn't roll over. When an allowance is used up, that channel pauses (calls forward to your escalation phone) until you buy a top-up pack or the next period starts; we never charge for extra usage automatically. Top-up packs don't expire while your subscription is active and aren't refundable once used. To protect every customer, daily caps apply, and we may pause email for a business whose emails bounce or are reported as spam too often. You're responsible for having consent to call, text and email the people your AI employee contacts.
Payments are processed by Whop. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout. You can update your card or cancel at any time from your Whop membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your AI employee keeps working until then, and afterwards it stops answering while your setup and history are kept so you can resubscribe. Custom implementation or integration work, if any, is billed as described in its separate order.
The Avalix SMS messaging program provides customer-care, onboarding, appointment, service, and account-notification messages requested by Avalix customers. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt in through the public Avalix SMS consent form at avalix.ai/sms-consent by entering your mobile number and actively selecting the unchecked consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, Avalix will send a confirmation and you will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. For support, email [email protected].
Avalix does not sell, rent, or share SMS consent or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work it out. Contact [email protected].
Code samples, workflows, runbooks, and documentation we produce during your engagement are licensed to you for use on the systems we configure for you. You may use the code samples and workflows in your own projects. You may not republish or resell our documentation as your own.
avalix.ai provides AI implementation services. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of tools or configurations set up during our sessions. Use all tools at your own risk.
